Proper packaging protects product integrity from our facility to your customer's dock. Kingmaker Steel offers multiple packaging configurations to match the product form, grade, and shipment requirements.
Packaging Configurations
Select the packaging type that fits your product and application.
Bare Bundles
Bare (mill finish) or individually plastic-sleeved (polished) tubes wrapped with stretch film. This is our standard packaging configuration included with every order.
Corrugated Double Wrap
Standard bundle double-wrapped with corrugated cardboard and stretch film for added surface protection during transit and handling.
Corrugated Box
Standard bundle packed into a corrugated box with steel-strapped wooden frames for secure box freight and LTL shipments.
Steel Base
Standard bundle packed and steel-strapped onto a steel base for heavy-duty handling and flatbed transport.
Steel Frame
Standard bundle packed and steel-strapped into a steel frame, providing robust protection for larger orders and extended transit.
Steel Crate
Standard bundle packed and steel-strapped into a steel crate — the highest level of protection we offer, ideal for export and sensitive shipments.
Custom Packaging Requirements
If you have a specific packaging requirement not listed above — for example, customer-specified bundle weights, private label tagging, or special handling instructions — contact our team when placing your order. We accommodate non-standard packaging for established distributor accounts.
Certifications & Documentation
Full material traceability is standard on every Kingmaker Steel order. We provide the documentation your customers require.
Mill Test Reports (MTR)
Full chemical and mechanical analysis per heat, compliant with EN 10204 3.1 / ASTM requirements.
Certificate of Conformance
Confirmation that material meets specified grade, dimension, and specification requirements.
Dual Certification
304/304L and 316/316L dual-cert material stocked and documented at no upcharge.
